What your future day will look like:

Review and evaluate collection calls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and internal quality expectations.
Document findings, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate high-risk compliance concerns when necessary.
Coordinate call monitoring activities, audit deliverables, and supporting documentation to meet client and internal deadlines.
Prepare audit summaries, track remediation efforts, and validate corrective actions through follow-up reviews and testing.
Analyze reporting data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen quality and compliance performance.
Collaborate with internal departments, servicing partners, and third-party vendors to support audit initiatives and operational improvements.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify compliance concerns, procedural deviations, and quality issues accurately
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information objectively against established standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional documentation and reporting abilities
Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn audit and reporting systems quickly
Self-motivated, organized professional with strong follow-through and a commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
