What your future day will look like:

• Keep accurate records of the financial status of the church, including but not limited to the operating budget, balance sheets, investments, and capital campaigns
• Oversee all financial transactions of the church, working with Treasurer and Finance Committee as needed, including but not limited to payroll, bank deposits, merchant accounts, credit card transactions, electronic funds transfers, and wiring funds
• Oversee the church s program for wills, bequests, and the columbarium, in consultation with Head of Staff
• Assist in the office as needed with answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.

Salary: $50-$60K

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience in financial accounting for churches/non-profits
• Experience & comfort with HR issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, initiative, flexibility
• Experience with Automated Church Systems (ACS)
