•   Are you ready to play a key role in supporting claim adjusters and managers by efficiently collecting, entering, and distributing critical claims information?Â

What your day will look like:
•   Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, fax, or email, addressing inquiries related to the status of specific claims.
•   Enter claim data into the system promptly upon receiving the first notice of loss.
•   Complete assigned tasks from claim adjusters and managers in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
•   Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
•   Minimum of two years experience working in a customer service role required.Â
•   Bilingual preferred, but not required
•   Proficient Word & ExcelÂ

Kelly is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Management/Marketing. She is a wife and mother to two girls, actively involved with Cancer Survivor Park Alliance, and an avid tennis player.
