What your future day will look like:

• Serve as a point of contact with internal/external clients to communicate strategy changes and document requests
• Analyze data and generate reports
• Manage projects such as system conversions or performance deck building
• Analyze existing processes and innovate ways to improve functions
• Identify trends and provide solutions to customer problems or concerns

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Strong client communications experience
• Project management experience
• Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
• MS Office proficiency with heavy reporting capabilities
• Collections industry experience highly preferred.
