What your future day will look like:
- Analyze performance trends to identify success and areas of opportunity in client segments
- Responsible for understanding client performance expectations. Must have the ability to translate client results and rankings into definable action items for increasing performance and market share
- Relay needed actions for continuing superior client performance to all internal staff to execute performance initiatives
- Effectively track product, state, and/or client level variances in production through thorough analysis in Excel or Word with any potential/needed output in an effective and understandable format
- Raise feedback or issues received from clients to manager, teams or executive (depending on situation and proper escalation) for consistent management of responses and necessary changes
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies, profits and risk identification
- Performance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day communications with assigned clients related to supporting business placed with company
- Establish a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision allocating resources, defining intermediate goals and contingencies that are based on logical assumptions and information and that take resources, constraints, and organization values into consideration
- Liaison between client and business operations to effectively communicate and resolve client concerns related to performance and/or operations
- Analyze existing processes and procedures to develop and implement new and innovative ways to perform client performance functions
- Ability to support departmental processes outside of daily scope
- Ability to consistently manage follow-up to ensure completion of actions outside their own control
- Ability to efficiently move between departmental process while maintaining a consistent level of productivity and integrity of work.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor s Degree preferred but not required
- Prefer prior client or firm management experience, prior work experience in the accounts receivables or consumer finance sector is preferred but not required
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships at multiple levels to achieve client and company goals
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to others (customers, clients, associates, and the leadership team)
- Ability to interact well with others and show respect for alternative viewpoints
- Committed to achieve goals. Shows enthusiasm and commitment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
- Probes facts, analyzes issues and makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

Catherine Culler joined the Godshall recruiting team back in 2000. Graduating from Clemson University with a degree in marketing, she started her career as a District Manager for ADP before moving into pharmaceutical sales. She is heavily involved in the community serving as a member on the Women of St. Francis Foundation, South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and actively involved at her church First Presbyterian. Catherine is a wife and mother to three children, a zealous runner, and a cycle instructor at the Caine Halter YMCA.
