What your future day will look like:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for enterprise clients, managing scope definition, configuration, integration, training, and seamless transition to ongoing support.
- Design and execute tailored onboarding and project plans aligned to client objectives, timelines, and internal resource capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and champion a standardized, enterprise-wide project management framework—including governance, tools, templates, reporting, and risk/issue management best practices.
- Establish and run project governance cadences, maintaining charters, stakeholder registers, milestone dashboards, quality checkpoints, and centralized issue and risk logs.
- Monitor project progress closely, identify risks early, maintain escalation dashboards, and lead mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders, facilitating alignment, communication, and coordination meetings to drive unified execution of client onboarding and enterprise initiatives.
- Continuously gather and analyze feedback and performance metrics (e.g., time to onboard, quality, satisfaction) to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and enhanced client experiences.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- PMP, Scrum or Agile certifications preferred
- Minimum of two years Project Management in technology or financial industry required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite including strong excel
- Project Management software experience (Atlassian, Jira tools)
