What your future day will look like:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for business insurance clients, responding to questions, resolving service and billing issues, and managing policy changes with professionalism and urgency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, producers, and internal client service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and support long-term retention.
Partner with clients to understand their service and risk management needs, providing proactive guidance and coordinating solutions that align with their business objectives.
Drive account growth and client satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service, ensuring timely communication, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial lines insurance
P&C license
Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR), preferred
Private Equity account experience, preferred
EPIC experience, preferred.
