What your future day will look like:
- Develop and implement market-specific strategies aligned with organizational goals. Participate in annual strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting while ensuring plans adapt to progress and market changes.
- Foster a cohesive corporate culture by reinforcing core values, addressing cultural issues, and integrating new associates and business units. Represent the organization in civic and community activities to enhance its image.
- Promote financial integration by identifying client needs, managing referrals, and encouraging a consultative relationship approach within the Banking Team. Address barriers and celebrate successes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Set clear goals, provide coaching, and monitor team progress. Offer timely feedback, foster accountability, and act as a mentor to enhance team performance and individual development.
- Achieve individual goals by building relationships with commercial, small business, and private banking customers. Focus on loan production, deposits, cross-selling products, and wealth management activities while tailoring financial solutions to customer needs.
- Analyze financial data to assess customer creditworthiness, identify risks, and develop customized lending and Treasury Cash Management solutions. Maintain a track record of sound judgment and customer-focused decision-making.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background and credit check
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Economics preferred
- 8+ years of related experience, 5+ years management experience, 3+ years sales supervisor experience preferred
- NMLS registration and annual renewals in compliance with the SAFE Act and other regulatory requirements

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management. After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
