What your future day will look like:
- Lead value stream mapping initiatives identifying future-state opportunities.
- Drive lean improvements through process reviews and standardization efforts.
- Mentor associates on lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
- Partner with operations leaders to execute strategic improvement plans.
- Identify automation opportunities enhancing quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Develop business cases supporting long-term automation roadmaps.
- Track and report improvements across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Promote continuous improvement culture through cross-functional collaboration.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
- 7+ years in continuous improvement, preferably some in a leadership capacity
- Experience with Toyota Production System principles
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
- Ability to travel to other locations to support their continuous improvement activity
