Salary: $95,000-$105,000

What your future day will look like:
- Lead all accounting and financial activities across multiple business locations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Manage monthly close, financial reporting, EBITDA forecasting, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis, performance metrics, and recommendations that support profitable growth.
- Monitor inventory performance, capital expenditures, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
- Lead and develop finance team members while supporting audits, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+Â years of progressive finance and accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong cost accounting expertise, including inventory management, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Proven experience leading financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control processes
- CPA and/or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence business results
