Credit Union Branch Manager

What your future day will look like
- Increases member usage of credit union products by meeting or exceeding Business Development expectations and goals.
- Secures new business partner opportunities and work within the community to help the branch grow in its relationships.
- Directs, develops, motivates, hires and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions.
- Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and goals and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures.
- To increase deposits, new accounts, and loan dollars for the branch and to support the strategic objectives
- To maintain a cohesive, highly trained and motivated staff, sufficient to meet needs of members.
- To complete performance reviews within the prescribed time frame.
- To develop recommendations for cost efficiencies and enhancements to products, pricing and processes by monitoring trends in operations and deposit services.
- To promote an advocacy culture within the branch, both by example and training employees to identify opportunities.
- Is responsible for compliance with all required regulations and policies, especially with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) policies, procedures and regulations.

- 2-year degree or completion of specialized certification or licensing

Graduating from Clemson University with a degree in marketing, she started her career as a District Manager for ADP before moving into pharmaceutical sales. She is heavily involved in the community serving as a member on the Women of St. Francis Foundation, South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and actively involved at her church First Presbyterian. Catherine is a wife and mother to three children, a zealous runner, and a cycle instructor at the Caine Halter YMCA.
