What your day will look like:

Handle inbound calls/emails from customers addressing billing questions/concerns.
Prepare and process cancellations, reinstatements, & non-renewals
Administrative support for insurance operations.
Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance, tracking & follow up.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Bilingual Spanish a plus
P&C insurance experience preferred/strong customer service background
Strong Word & Excel skills.
