What your future day will look like:

Schedule and coordinate client meetings while managing calendar availability for a team of wealth coaches.
Confirm daily appointments, complete quarterly client outreach, and balance scheduling needs across client segments.
Greet clients and guests, answer incoming calls, and ensure a warm, professional office experience.
Prepare client meeting materials, including agendas, planning updates, and case preparation support.
Maintain accurate client records, CRM notes, and daily file organization once meetings are completed.
Manage client appreciation efforts such as gifts, milestone acknowledgments, firm swag, and special surprises.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Experience in client service, administrative support, or coordination within a professional office environment
Strong scheduling, organization, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
Professional phone presence and ability to communicate clearly and warmly with clients
Comfort maintaining CRM systems, databases, and client documentation
Customer-focused mindset with pride in creating exceptional client experiences
Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree or equivalent experience accepted
To be able to have a clean background and credit check
