- Work well across multiple departments to ensure customers receive outstanding service and support.
What your future day will look like:
- Oversee assigned customer accounts throughout the entire order process, from order entry through final delivery and follow-up support.
- Act as the primary contact for customers by providing updates, answering questions, and resolving account-related concerns.
- Review and process orders while verifying pricing, inventory, shipping details, and customer-specific requirements.
- Partner with internal teams and external business partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account compliance requirements, customer portals, routing guides, and operational procedures.
- Assist with reporting, returns, credits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and efficiency.
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of customer service/account management (for large national retailers), logistics and inventory management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, EDI and ERP systems.
