What your future day will look like:
- Reviewing incoming requests and turning each customer concern into an actionable claim with accurate documentation
- Filing warranty and freight claims through multiple manufacturer portals to ensure all eligible recovery funds are captured
- Managing a shared inbox and phone queue, keeping claim submissions moving within tight 24-hour timelines
- Monitoring open claims and following up until every case reaches resolution
- Flagging recurring product or freight issues to leadership to support quality improvements
- Keeping detailed internal notes that help the team track trends, prevent repeat issues, and safeguard future sales
- Tackling additional administrative or claim-related tasks as needed to support the CPR department

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2–3 years of experience handling high-volume customer issues, service cases, or call center escalations
- Ability to navigate office software and learn claim systems quickly
- Capacity to manage multiple cases at once while meeting required timelines
- Ability to pass a background check

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management. After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
