What your day will look like:
- Guide customers through the selection of fixtures, finishes, and design elements for residential projects.
- Collaborate with home builders, contractors, and homeowners to understand project needs and timelines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from initial consultation through post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product offerings and stay current on design trends.
- Ensure timely follow-up and follow-through on all customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain showroom appearance and assist with merchandising as needed.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, home improvement, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Word/Excel
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail
