What your future day will look like:

• Answer customer calls
• Process new work orders
• Resolve customer issues
• Upload new information to customer accounts
• Assist with billing and input service charges
• Apply bill payment
• Handle other service issues as needed.

• Strong computer skills
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail
