What your future day will look like:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors through phone, email, and direct communication.
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate related purchasing activities.
Build consultative relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer projects, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
Work closely with suppliers to obtain pricing, manage lead times, and ensure timely quote delivery.
Assist with sourcing initiatives and process improvements that support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

2+ years of customer service, inside sales, quoting, or related experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
