- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and can confidently communicate technical information to a variety of audiences.
What your future day will look like:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, pricing, applications, quotations, and order support.
- Respond to customer calls and emails with timely, accurate, and solution-oriented communication.
- Review drawings and bills of materials to prepare aftermarket parts quotes and product recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and quotations while maintaining accurate information within the ERP system.
- Track open orders, coordinate with internal teams, and support on-time delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, and Business Development to meet customer and business objectives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical products and drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- ERP experience preferred; Acumatica experience is a plus.
