Customer and Collections Representative

What your future day will look like:
- The representative role is a position with a primary focus serving consumers via inbound or outbound phone calls. .
- The objective is to help the consumer in account resolution, including but not limited to balance or settlement in full negotiations, payment plan creation, dispute resolution, etc.
- Call Quality is a high priority for the Representative; expected monthly results should exceed 90% with minimal compliance infractions.
- 95% System Utilization and focus on phone work: Inbound / Outbound calls, call documentation, call escalations, account maintenance, etc.
- Meet determined KPIs: Inbound / Outbound calls per hour, and conversion and kept rates and dollars collected within 10% of Leader.
- Come to work daily prepared to solve problems that arise from unique circumstances.
- Understand the importance of working with the consumer at an individual level to reach a personalized solution that best fits their needs that ensures the best outcome for both the consumer and company
- Update consumers accounts with precision to ensure all outcomes of the call are documented.
- Hours are Monday-Thursday 9a-6:30p and Friday 9a-4p

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Must be flexible and willing to work with all levels of staff in a collaborative and partnership approach
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Able to pick up on new information quickly and accurately and apply to calls
- Ability to gather information and make a quick decision
- Demonstrates in their work and communication company s core principles
- Must be punctual and reliable for their work schedule
- Must be comfortable meeting deadlines
- High School diploma required; some college preferred, however not required
