Compliance Manager

- You will be given leadership responsibility (reporting directly to the President) and managing programs, processes, audits and organizational efficiency.
- This is a quickly growing company, where you will have a team of sharp analysts to work in conjunction to your efforts and reporting responsibilities.

What your future day will look like:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, manage multi-state licenses and filings, and oversee compliance in finance servicing systems.
- Review and respond to various state examinations simultaneously, address credit disputes and fraud investigations and conduct legal research utilizing your partnership with law firms.
- Oversee the Compliance Management System, provide interdepartmental guiding and training on contracts, agreements and compliance matters.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.
- 3-5 years of compliance experience with experience and ability to read and interpret regulatory guidance
- Current understanding of proposed and active legislation in regards to consumer lending.
- Working knowledge of MNLS Licensing System and Compliance Management System
- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending trends, as well as laws and regulations such as FTC, CFPB, state and other pertinent regulations such as TILA, E-Sign Act, ECOA, etc.
