- Accomplished fundraising leader with a history of increasing revenue through donor, corporate, foundation, and community partnerships.
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-range planning with hands-on execution and relationship development.
- Collaborative professional who enjoys working with leadership, volunteers, and key stakeholders to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
What your future day will look like:
- Lead and manage a comprehensive fundraising program designed to support organizational growth and long-term financial sustainability.
- Work closely with executive leadership, board members, and community partners to identify, cultivate, and secure new funding opportunities.
- Develop and execute annual fundraising campaigns while overseeing donor stewardship, prospect management, and revenue tracking efforts.
- Secure support through corporate partnerships, grant funding, major gifts, and other philanthropic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Manage special initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and communication efforts that support revenue generation objectives.
- Provide leadership to development staff, contractors, volunteers, and fundraising programs while maintaining reporting, planning, and operational accountability.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of fundraising, development, advancement, or related nonprofit leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success securing major gifts, sponsorships, grants, and annual fundraising revenue goals.
- Strong experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies, donor cultivation efforts, and revenue growth initiatives.
