What your future day will look like:

• Identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, post jobs to job boards, and collaborate with department directors in interviewing and hiring process
• Conduct orientation and onboarding, create learning and development programs and initiatives, develop succession plans, and implement performance review program
• Provide support and guidance when complex or sensitive questions and issues arise, complete terminations, investigate employee relation issues, respond to unemployment claims, implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion plan
• Oversee benefit enrollment and leaves of absence, analyze trends in compensation and benefits, develop compensation recognition and reward program, plan and execute social events
• Maintain HR files, documentation, and employee handbooks, perform audits of files, and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field required;
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
