What your future day will look like:
- Lead electrical design efforts for industrial clients
- Product construction drawings
- Design electrical systems using various CAD software packages
- Interface with company clients and other engineering departments to ensure projects meet customer expectations/deadlines
- Function as project electrical lead when communicating technical information to clients and other project participants

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in electrical construction design
- MUST have professional engineering license
- Ability to lead a team of designers

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
