What your future day will look like:
- Design and optimize product and product components
- Plan testing procedures and studies
- Offer guidance on material and process equipment selection
- Conduct failure analysis to identify corrective actions
- Develop and maintain product and engineering documentation
- Work with the engineering leader to gain expertise on the product and process
- Work with customers to interpret needs and develop specifications
- Participate in continuous improvement activities

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years in an electrical engineering role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the power distribution field preferred but not required

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
