Job Description
Salary: $95,000–$120,000

- Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take the lead on impactful utility and infrastructure projects?
- This Senior Civil Engineer role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding construction efforts, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting long?term capital planning!
What your future day will look like:
- Lead complex civil, water, and wastewater construction projects from planning through completion
- Support capital project budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
- Review engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents
- Oversee contract administration, negotiate change orders, and review payment applications
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, municipalities, utilities, and project partners
- Provide technical guidance on treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and system performance
- Track and document project milestones using internal project management tools
- Prepare project reports and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in on?call rotation for construction?related emergencies

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification in South Carolina (or the ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 8+ years in civil infrastructure or utility construction
- Water/wastewater utility experience is a major plus
- Experience with contract management, design review, and construction oversight
- Strong communication and leadership skills
