Job Description

What your future day will look like:
- Meet with design team/customer to gather all information needed to make estimates
- Develop budgets and pricing options
- Manage the RFQ process
- Negotiate contracts with competitive pricing
- Review estimates with construction
- Select and increase subcontractor and vendor base and manage through the project
- Implement PO system for purchases and work orders
- Track project progress and report back - schedule & budget
- On-site project meetings to review projects
- Medical package
- PTO/Holidays
- Retirement
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years in a construction estimator role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate with vendors

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
