- Are you someone who enjoys building models, digging into trends, and identifying ways to make processes more efficient?
What your future day will look like:
- Develop financial forecasts, build models, and support budgeting efforts in partnership with leadership.
- Build relational database structures that allow end users to access clean, reliable reporting.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs using Power BI or similar platforms to support business insights.
- Partner with departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly solutions.
- Support cross-department initiatives by coordinating projects, improving data accuracy, and enhancing reporting processes.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analytics, or a combination of both.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with relational data.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, or forecasting with reporting tools like Power BI
