What your future day will look like:
- Troubleshoot, repair, install and disconnect motors at customer locations
- Assist manager with hiring, coaching, and training of other field service technicians
- Execute electrical testing using portable equipment
- Work on both the electrical and mechanical side
- Build a team environment
- Interact with customers at their sites, always keeping professionalism

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of motor repair/install experience
- Ability to be flexible with hours on occasion
- Ability to travel locally and overnight on occasion
- Leadership experience preferred
