Serve as a key strategic advisor to the General Manager and Board of Directors
Opportunity to lead and shape the finance function with significant independence

What your future day will look like:

Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Present financial reports and analysis to the General Manager and Board of Directors
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital expenditures

Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads
Develop and maintain financial forecasts and long-range financial plans
Analyze variances between actual performance and budget, and provide recommendations

Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard club assets
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and club policies

Analyze profitability of club services, events, and programs
Support pricing strategies, membership dues structures, and capital planning initiatives

Supervise a small accounting staff
Communicate with members when needed

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in hospitality, clubs, or service industry
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Familiarity with club management software and POS systems is a plus
