What your future day will look like:
- Lead seasonal staff by interviewing, assigning territories, and managing schedules for optimal coverage
- Track phone activity, maintain accurate logs, and ensure clear communication with branch offices
- Oversee processing of IRS, State, Bank, and internal forms to guarantee compliance standards are met
- Develop and deliver training materials, including modules, tutorials, exams, and webinars
- Review and process amendments as well as IRS and State correspondence for tax customers
- Record and report Continuing Education hours to the IRS for staff who complete training

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of two tax filing seasons with 1040 Tax Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and hands-on accounting background
- Demonstrated ability to train and manage seasonal staff, including leading large regional training sessions
- Must be able to pass a background check
