What your future day will look like:
- Assist with annual budgeting and regular forecasting
- Track and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast
- Collaborate with sales and operations to deliver financial insights and models
- Evaluate data to identify cost savings and margin improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and management reports
- Perform cost and variance analysis across production and operations
- Prepare high-level summaries for leadership
- Build and improve reports within financial planning systems
- Handle ad hoc analysis and special projects

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and Power BI
