What your future day will look like:

  • Perform account analyses using both financial planning and analysis software and financial reporting software
  • Assist with corporate forecast scenario modeling and learning and maintain forecast modeling tool
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
  • Assist departments as needed on various financial projects as requested
  • Work heavily in Microsoft Excel to accomplish ad-hoc analyses and tasks
  • Prepare quarterly consolidated and division-level debt metrics
  • Assemble quarterly reporting dashboards
  • Draft monthly and quarterly management reporting packages
  • Assist with various financial reporting to financial institutions
  • Learn and maintain modeling software, including links to financial reporting software
  • Help with annual valuation exhibits and calculations
  • Support the Director of Finance and CFO with ad-hoc reporting and finance projects, particularly around quarterly board meetings
  • Evaluate and investigate variances in financial reporting data
  • Dedicate a significant amount of time working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software used to report financial information and scenario model

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting
  • 2 years of finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Possesses experience in general ERP software (or equivalent reporting or modeling tools)
  • Exhibits a basic foundation of accounting principles
  • Possesses basic knowledge of financial modeling
  • Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, and time management skills

Graduating from Clemson University with a degree in marketing, she started her career as a District Manager for ADP before moving into pharmaceutical sales. She is heavily involved in the community serving as a member on the Women of St. Francis Foundation, South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and actively involved at her church First Presbyterian. Catherine is a wife and mother to three children, a zealous runner, and a cycle instructor at the Caine Halter YMCA.
