What your future day will look like:
- You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience across life, disability, medical insurance, and financial services.
- Your day will involve processing insurance applications and proposals, overseeing annuity accounts, and keeping client records accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to market strategy insights and participate in carrier negotiations, helping to shape client solutions and drive business success.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to support securities trading and ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative organization support from scheduling meetings and preparing presentations to organizing client information, your administrative support will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of three years of Benefits/HR experience
- Working knowledge of risk management techniques and Employee Health and Benefits markets and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts.
