What your future day will look like:
- Open, maintain, and service a variety of consumer and commercial deposit accounts.
- Assist customers with account questions, requests, and problem resolution in a professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate account records and input data into the bank’s core systems.
- Perform outreach and follow?up activities to strengthen customer relationships and meet referral goals.
- Support team development by assisting with training and mentoring new or cross?trained staff.

Type: Temp to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred
- Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer?focused sales roles
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify cross?sell and referral opportunities
- Effective communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to work in Greenville and TR locations
- Goal?oriented, customer?focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
- have ability to pass background, and the ability to pass a credit check

A Greenville native, Cathy graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Following college, she began her career with Babies "R" Us, where she held roles as an HR Assistant and later as an Assistant Inventory Control Manager. These positions helped her discover a passion for supporting others and contributing to their success, a passion that continues to drive her career today. Her primary recruiting focus includes banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. For more than 26 years, Cathy has proudly been part of the Godshall team. She is grateful to work for an organization that genuinely cares about its employees, candidates, clients, and the community it serves. Outside the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage sons, as well as their beloved pets: Beans, a blind Chiweenie, and Millie, a cuddly lap cat. In her free time, you'll often find her binge-watching the latest Netflix series or documentary, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Riverside High School baseball, enjoying a girls' night out, sweating it out at Orange Theory, attending Clemson Football games or indulging in the guilty pleasure of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
