What your future day will look like:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
- Guide leadership on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead employee engagement, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
- Manage HR systems, records, and reporting.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Administration
- 7 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role
- SHRM certification preferred
