What your day will look like:

• Hire, onboard new employees
• Assist in training and support of new hires and other office staff
• Manage employee relations
• Guidance on disciplinary actions
• Update to policies and procedures manual
• Process payroll
• Implement and maintain benefits program

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5 years Senior Human Resource Management and leadership experience.
• Operations experience with ability to grow a medical practice
• Ability to travel to other office locations.
