What your future day will look like:
- Develop strong relationships with top focus accounts.
- Manage one direct report and continue to build the sales team with 1-2 more reps.
- Represent the company in trade shows and build brand recognition.
- Negotiate and close agreements with new customers.
- Be involved in communicating technical capabilities of the product.
- Manage the sales pipeline, continually researching and building up the potential list.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years in selling bio-based materials or plastics, B2B
- Hungry, growth-minded attitude
- Existing network of contacts with the accounts the company is focused on
- Ability to hold technical conversations
- Demonstrated strong track record of closing major sales (success stories on a resume is required)
