What your day will look like:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer coordination
- Conduct a high volume of daily outreach calls to engage candidates and schedule interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Weekly Pay
- Medical Insurance offered through Godshall
- Ability to earn PTO and holiday pay
Type: Contract
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of recruiting experience with corporate, agency, or high volume setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
