You will head up talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology to enhance both employee experience and organizational performance.
You will be charged with fostering positive, high-performing cultures and optimizing compensation and benefits programs driving measurable impact.

What your future day will look like:

Partner with leaders to orchestrate impactful learning and development programs that address growth opportunities identified through the performance review cycle, ensuring continuous skill enhancement across teams.
Design and implement a strategic, in-house recruitment model that reduces reliance on external agencies, improves time-to-fill, and strengthens talent pipelines.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes—from documentation and payroll setup to employment verification and orientation—ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
Ensure adherence to OSHA, EEOC, and local labor laws to inforce safety policies.
Set and implement performance standards that align with production goals and conduct evaluations.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Ten plus years of HR experience ideally in a manufacturing setting
Strong Excel skills
Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
