What your future day will look like:

• Oversee day to day HR functions for around 50 employees
• Manage entire human resources duties and collaborate with leadership on functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration and more
• Utilize your knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC to assist in maintaining a foundation of a safe and equitable work environment
• Work to build on existing recruiting practices and grow a consistent pipeline of talent

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of human resource leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of FMLA and ADA policies
• Bachelor degree in HR or business related field preferred
