Erica Saubert
Recruiting Partner

Erica Saubert is a Recruiting Partner specializing in legal, finance, and administrative placements. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology with a Pre-Law concentration from Western Carolina University and originally planned to pursue a career as an attorney.
During her senior year, Erica completed a legal internship and went on to spend a gap year working as a Legal Assistant while being mentored by a practicing attorney as she prepared for the LSAT. Through that experience, she discovered that while the legal field would always be a passion, her strengths and interests were better aligned with helping professionals find meaningful career opportunities rather than practicing law herself.
Outside of work, Erica is an avid true crime enthusiast who enjoys crime podcasts, true crime books, and following notable court cases. She is passionate about living an active lifestyle and making memories with her family. When she's not in the office, she's usually chasing after her toddler and two energetic chocolate Labradors.

Fun Fact: Erica's original career plan was law school, but recruiting allowed her to combine her love of people with her passion for the legal field, creating the perfect career fit.
