What your future day will look like:

Client Communication & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, route inquiries effectively, and manage help desk tickets with accuracy and follow-through.
Procurement & Asset Management: Handle quotes, orders, vendor coordination, and maintain organized records in ConnectWise and Asset Panda.
Project & Documentation Support: Assist with reviewing Statements of Work, managing onboarding/offboarding tasks, and keeping project documentation up to date.
Office & Operations Coordination: Oversee travel bookings, supply management, and SOP updates to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Experience in IT service coordination, preferably working in an MSP environment or for a large technical team in administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.

Familiarity with MSP partner portals (e.g., 8x8, Sophos).
Knowledge of asset management systems such as Asset Panda.
