What your future day will look like:

• Leading the IT department to provide technical support for internal and external end users.
• Maintain a high level of urgency, communication, and professionalism.
• Handle procurement of new technology and service agreements.
• Engage with stakeholders to evaluate IT business needs.
• Perform administration duties as needed.
• Develop SOPs for tasks, change management, migration, and disaster recovery.
• Provide on-call support for off duty hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Assist with budget planning.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 6+ years of experience in IT Systems and Business Applications.
• 4+ years of experience in an Office 365 environment.
• 4+ years of experience in business applications, storage systems and information security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
