What your future day will look like:
- Preparing employment?based and business?related immigration filings, ensuring each packet is complete, accurate, and ready for attorney review
- Organizing case materials, tracking deadlines, and keeping digital files up to date for active matters
- Reviewing client-provided documents, identifying gaps or missing information, and reaching out for clarification
- Drafting supporting documentation and immigration correspondence that aligns with attorney guidance
- Communicating frequently with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies to keep cases progressing smoothly
- Monitoring pending cases, updating case statuses, and responding to information requests
- Assisting with additional immigration?related projects as the caseload evolves

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on immigration experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with immigration case-management systems (LawLogix or similar)
- Ability to pass a background check
