What your future day will look like:
- Prepare quotes and process customer requests while serving as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Manage order activity from entry through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory availability, track order status, and help prioritize stock utilization to support customer needs.
- Coordinate with accounting, operations, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, timelines, invoices, and account information.
- Maintain system records, generate reports, support process improvements, and assist with quality-related documentation.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree or equivalent related inside sales or customer service experience working with a manufacturer.
- Minimum of one year in customer service, inside sales, account support, or a similar customer-focused role preferred. Must be for manufacturer
- Experience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer account management processes.
