What your future day will look like:

• Support sales by providing product details and pricing
• Send out spare parts catalogs and pricing sheets
• Handle incoming calls, understanding the customers needs and responding appropriately
• CRM database management and data entry
• Handle NDA's with customers
• Track inventory and company assets
• Helps with coordinating and planning for sales meetings
• Maintain an active role with key accounts

Type: Temp to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and email
• 2+ years in a customer service position, in an industrial environment preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Spanish, German or French language skills is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
