Salary: $60,000 – 70,000

What your future day will look like:

• Support the day-to-day functions of the front office of a manufacturing facility.
• Enter customer order specifications.
• Handle customer communication with orders.
• Provide backup support to the office manager.
• Data entry for customer orders and invoicing.
• Provide quotes for customers.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the productions and specifications.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience supporting engineering or technical teams within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when team members are out of the office.
