- Manage project schedules and milestone tracking
- Coordinate sales, engineering, and production
- Ensure compliance with project specifications
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical requirements
- Support field service scheduling efforts
- Maintain customer communication and project updates

- 5+ years in a project manager role within industrial machinery Â
- Associate’s required, Bachelor’s preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team.
