What your future day will look like:
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for both in-office and remote users.
- Provide hands-on and remote technical support, including resolving malware infections, fixing printing problems, and assisting with Office 365 and Azure-related issues.
- Set up and deploy new computers, ensuring all required software is properly installed, and configure user accounts with appropriate permissions.
- Support daily operations by helping employees with conference room technology and ensuring systems run smoothly throughout the day.
- Follow and enforce company IT policies and best practices while documenting solutions and updates in the ticket tracking system to maintain efficient service.

- Minimum 1-2 years Level 1 and/or Level 2
- Helpdesk experience
- Windows Operating System/O365/Active Directory/basic networking issues

She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts.
